Shipping and Returns
All orders are shipped discreetly. We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.
You may cancel an order, prior to the earlier to occur of, (i) twenty-four (24) hours after the order was placed, or (ii) our shipment of the order.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the courier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. We have sole discretion to ship your order using a different courier, with equivalent service, than the one originally selected at checkout. For example, order placed selecting USPS 1st Class as the shipping method may be shipped via UPS Ground.
Buyer assumes risk of loss once the package leaves our facility. Reshipments for lost packages are done at our discretion.
Returns and Refunds
We will accept a return for any unused product in exchange for a refund of your purchase price, provided such return is made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Original shipping and handling costs and a ten percent (10%) restocking fee may be applied at our discretion. To return products, you must call (760) 452-2321 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number and a prepaid mailing label before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. We do not issue refunds of shipping charges with respect to unclaimed or undelivered packages that are returned to us.
Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Additional fees may apply depending on the payment method originally used. These are not our responsibility.
